Wendy Stevens

Wendy Stevens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in vendor relations and strategic sourcing within the insurance and financial services industries. Currently serving as the Vendor Relations Manager for Professional Services at Aviva Canada since May 2021, Wendy previously held the role of Category Manager for Strategic Sourcing at RSA from April 2019 to April 2021. Prior to that, Wendy was the Director of Disability Litigation and Appeals at Sun Life Financial, where leadership of the litigation and appeals teams ensured strong claims decisions and client satisfaction. Wendy's earlier experience includes managing the legal services vendor program at RSA Canada, where the focus was on delivering quality legal services while maintaining cost efficiency and solid relationships. Educational qualifications include a degree in Legal Administration from Seneca Polytechnic and the CIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
