Eshita Roy is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Aviva India since July 2019. With prior experience as Principal Consultant at TecTalent from July 2015 to June 2019, Eshita contributed to executive search solutions for organizations across India. Previously, a Senior Manager at Aviva Life Insurance from November 2006 to October 2014, Eshita demonstrated exceptional leadership by guiding the East HR team to become the top-performing team nationally. Earlier career experience includes serving as Client Relationship Manager at TRUSTKLUB Consulting from September 2004 to November 2006.
