Thejas also spent over a decade at Muthoot Finance Ltd. - India, where responsibilities included Manager of TM & HR Operations from November 2010 to October 2021. An MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration was obtained from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between 2016 and 2018.
