Phachara came to Aviva after serving in the residential program at St. Anne’s Family Services.
Phachara first joined Aviva to provide direct services in Wraparound Services, before moving into Quality Improvement, and then in 2019 to Human Resources as Manger, before her promotion to Director in 2020.
Phachara holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and bachelor’s degree in Sociology, both from California State University, Northridge.
