Georgina Potter

Georgina Potter is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People Director for GI UK and Ireland at Aviva. Previously, Georgina held the position of HR Director for Reinsurance/ILS and the London Market at Hiscox, where responsibilities included leading talent management initiatives. Additionally, Georgina served as the Head of HR and Head of Talent Management at Hiscox and worked as an HR Business Partner at Swiss Re. Georgina is a graduate of the University of Reading, obtaining a BA in Psychology from 1995 to 1998.
