Lauren Glasgow

Lauren Glasgow possesses extensive experience in both management and educational roles. At Aviva, Lauren serves as the IWR Transformation Engagement and Operations Manager, having held various titles including IWR Internal Communications Manager and Project Manager since September 2021. Prior to this, Lauren contributed to Theatretrain as a Teacher from January 2018 to November 2023, achieving a 25% growth for the business. Previous roles include hosting and coordinating at Nando's UK & IRE and working as a Customer Sales Specialist for The Victory Show, where Lauren demonstrated strong customer service skills and effective sales strategies. Academically, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre and Business Management from Bath Spa University, and a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Visual and Performing Arts from Loughborough College.
