Patrick Arber

Patrick Arber is an experienced professional in public policy and government engagement, currently serving as the Head of International Government Engagement at Aviva. Previously, Patrick held various senior roles at HM Treasury, including Senior Analyst in Global Public Policy and Senior Policy Advisor focusing on Financial Stability and European Finance. Additionally, Patrick worked at the Department of Energy and Climate Change as Head of Multilateral Climate Negotiations and contributed to policy development in tax administration and compliance at HM Treasury. Earlier in the career, Patrick served as a Policy Officer at the Department for Work and Pensions, concentrating on issues related to older people and ageing society. Patrick holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Cambridge.
