Tim Rosie

Tim Rosie has extensive experience in technology and support roles, currently serving as the Guidewire Development Support Manager at Aviva since September 2018. Previously at IBM since 2000, Tim has held various positions including Team Leader for the UK&I Technical Professional Team, focusing on collaboration technology across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions, as well as working as a Technical Specialist in IBM Collaboration Solutions. Tim's earlier career includes roles as a Technical Support Lead at Scotia Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Lotus Notes Technical Support Team Lead at IBM, and multiple positions at Scottish Computer Services and General Accident Plc, ranging from COBOL Programmer to Lead Programmer/System Analyst/Project Manager. Tim holds a degree in Computer Data Processing from Kirkcaldy Technical College, completed between 1983 and 1985.
