Waseem Malik

Waseem Malik is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Claims Officer for UK General Insurance at Aviva since March 2022, Waseem previously held various senior roles at AXA Insurance, including Executive Managing Director of Claims and Chief Financial Officer, spanning a 16-year career from June 2006 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes a tenure at PwC as a Senior Manager in Transaction Services and Assistant Manager in Audit from September 1997 to May 2006. Waseem holds a FCA qualification from ICAEW and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from UCL.
