Joseph Calabro

Joe serves as an Operations and Manufacturing Advisor to Avive and helps the company interface with its various manufacturing partners and suppliers. He has over 30 years of experience working in lead operations/engineering roles for Fortune 50 companies, as well as startups, to bring innovative medical devices to market. His most notable experience was as the VP of Operations at CRISI Medical Systems (acq by Becton Dickinson). Joe received his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and later went on to receive his MBA from Boston University.
