Andrea Perendy

Andrea Perendy, MBA, SPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving in Human Resources at Avivo since August 2021, Andrea functions as the primary liaison between employees and management, overseeing the entire employee life cycle. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at White House Custom Colour and KGPCo, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR operations in the communications industry. Earlier experience includes a long tenure at Transport America as Director of Human Resources Operations, focusing on operational effectiveness and process improvement, and roles in organizational development and training at 3M. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in HR/OD from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
