Luke Ng

Luke Ng is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in research and development within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Aviya Technologies Inc. since January 2012, Luke leads R&D efforts for simulation products focused on software validation for safety-critical avionics. Luke also holds the role of President and R&D Consultant at Automata Technologies Inc., providing advanced R&D services and systems engineering. Previous roles include Systems Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace and Visiting Research Fellow at Defence R&D Canada, where Luke focused on UAV autonomy and computer vision. With a robust educational background, including multiple Ph.D. degrees, Luke has contributed to various publications and taught engineering courses at the University of Waterloo.
