Scott Romofsky

Scott Romofsky is an experienced Chief Engineer with a comprehensive background in facility management and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at UG2 since August 2022, Scott previously held similar positions at Able Services, where responsibilities included team building and overseeing capital projects such as a steam boiler plant retrofit. With a strong foundation in facility management demonstrated during tenures at ABM Industries and Sempra Energy, Scott has successfully managed laboratory startups and maintained central heating and cooling plants. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Johnson Controls, The Voit Companies, and Urban Engineering, highlighting a consistent focus on operations, maintenance, and team development throughout a career spanning over three decades.
