Mahesh Patel

Mahesh Patel is a skilled engineer with experience in control systems and electrical engineering. Currently working at Aviya Aerospace Systems since January 2022, Mahesh supports Pratt and Whitney Canada in systems design and verification. Previously, from September 2018 to August 2020, Mahesh served as the Grounded Low-Voltage Subsystem Lead at Western Formula Racing, overseeing the GLV subsystem to ensure compliance with specifications for a competitive FSAE electric vehicle. Additionally, Mahesh contributed as an electrical member, conducting safety testing on the carbon fiber monocoque body. Mahesh's professional journey began with a brief role as a Product Specialist at Imagination Theater in late 2016. Mahesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science (BESc) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Western University, obtained between 2017 and 2021, and an OSSD Diploma from Port Credit Secondary School, completed in 2017.
