Vishal S.

Vishal S. has a long and varied work experience, beginning with their role as a Software Engineer at Cisco in 2004. Vishal then moved to Nortel Networks in 2007 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2009, they became a Technical Lead at Cisco Systems. In 2010, they took on the role of Manager of Sustaining & Customer Engineering at Blade Network Technologies. Vishal then moved to IBM in 2011 as Director of IBM Cloud Networks and Senior Manager of Networks Sustaining & Customer Engineering. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Outbound Product Management & Technical Sales at Mellanox Technologies, where they focused on Cloud, SDN, Storage, AI/ML, Multi Cloud, FSI (Banking), Robotics, Edge Computing, and Media & Entertainment. In 2018, they became the Senior Director of ML Solutions Engineering at NVXL Technology, Inc. Finally, in 2019, they took on the role of Senior Director of Cloud Engineering at MobileIron, and in 2021 they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Aviz Networks, building a "Open-, Cloud-, AI-first" Networking Stack.

Vishal S. attended Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology. Vishal then attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2016 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship, Strategy & Innovations.
