Sarah Boudhabhay

Sarah Boudhabhay currently serves as the Head of People in Residence at Avizio, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Sarah held multiple roles at ManoMano, including Human Resources Director and HRIS Project Director, where responsibilities included overseeing talent and recruitment processes, managing budgets, and implementing the company's first HRIS. Sarah has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry, focusing on talent management and organizational strategy across various industries. Earlier career experiences include HR roles at Sia Partners, Groupe Bel, and internships at L'Oréal and Reckitt Benckiser. Sarah possesses a Master's degree in Human Resources from Audencia and completed a two-year intensive preparation for business school at Lycée Chateaubriand.
