Sharon Kincl

Sharon Kincl has a strong background in financial leadership roles. Sharon is currently working as a Principal and CFO at AVL Growth Partners since December 2020. Previously, they founded Crystal Services LLC in January 2020, where they provided strategic financial leader services to software companies. Sharon served as CFO at Think Tank from August 2017 to February 2020. Sharon has also held CFO positions at uStudio, Inc., Socialware, Faction, Vico Software, Inc., Fetter Logic, Inc., Aspen Pacific Capital, and Persona, Inc. throughout their career.

Sharon Kincl attended Southwestern University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting & Economics.
