Dominique Louarn-Pioch

Dominique Louarn-Pioch currently serves as the Head of Powertrain Process, Methods, Tools and Project Quality at AVL since May 2024. With a career at AVL Software and Functions GmbH beginning in October 2008, Dominique has held various director-level positions, overseeing Powertrain Controls Process, Methods & Tools, Quality, Environment, and Autonomous Driving Controls & Perception. Prior experience includes roles at Continental from January 2001 to September 2008, where responsibilities encompassed system parametrization and hardware-in-the-loop processes, and at Siemens from September 1994 to December 2000, focusing on engine and chassis dyno test methods. Dominique holds an Engineer's degree in Energetique & Propulsion from INSA Rouen Normandie, earned between 1989 and 1994.
