David Provencher

David Provencher is an experienced business development executive with a strong background in the telecommunications and satellite systems industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at AvL Technologies since March 2015, Provencher has held leadership roles at various companies, including General Manager of TracStar at Cobham SATCOM TracStar Systems from 2005 to August 2014 and Co-Founder and President of TracStar Systems, Inc. from 1998 to 2005. Earlier in their career, Provencher held the position of Vice President at Andrew Corporation and worked as a Senior Engineer at both IBM and Harris Corporation. Provencher's educational background includes a degree from the University of Central Florida, where studies were completed from 1976 to 1981.
