Marcelo Alejandro Flores Villablanca is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical consulting and support. Currently serving as the IT Production Support Lead and Senior Consultant Technical Lead at AVLA since November 2021, Marcelo previously held the role of Senior Consultant at Deloitte from May 2019 to November 2021. Prior to Deloitte, Marcelo worked as a Solutions Analyst at everis Chile and gained early experience as a Business Analyst/Software Developer at TINET Soluciones Informáticas and ZEKE. Marcelo possesses a strong educational foundation, including a Diplomado in Gestión de Empresas from Universidad de Chile, a Master's degree in Engineering in Computer Science from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, and an Engineering degree in Computer Execution from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
