Rich Pizzutillo

Rich Pizzutillo's work experience begins with their role as a Manager of IT at Avlino in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Marketsmith, Inc. from 2018 to 2021, serving as the Director of IT. In this position, they handled various responsibilities including help desk support, strategic infrastructure planning, budgeting, security implementation, contract negotiation, vendor management, and technical support for Microsoft infrastructure.

Before joining Marketsmith, Inc., Pizzutillo worked at Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) from 2016 to 2018 as an Information Technology System Administrator II. Rich'srole involved system administration tasks.

From 2012 to 2015, Pizzutillo worked as a Senior Software Support Engineer at Unitrends. Rich was responsible for troubleshooting VMware and Citrix Xenserver environments, deploying and configuring various backup/storage targets, and providing support for Unitrends Virtual Backup software.

Prior to Unitrends, Pizzutillo served as a Field Technician Level III at Tolt Solutions from 2009 to 2012. Rich also worked as a Network Administrator at NJHD from 2006 to 2009 and as a Lead Field Technician at R&D Scientific from 1999 to 2006.

Pizzutillo began their career in 1996 as an MDM Technician at Lucent/Sprint Technologies.

Rich Pizzutillo completed their education by obtaining an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from County College of Morris between the years 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, they graduated from Roxbury High School in 1994 with a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Additionally, Rich earned several certifications including CompTIA Operations Specialist (CIOS), CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist (CSIS), CompTIA Security + ce, CompTIA A+ ce, and CompTIA Network+ ce.
