Elliott Davis Decosimo
Nathan Gaude has extensive experience in both the culinary and information technology fields. Since January 2011, Nathan has served as Manager of IT Applications and Manager of Direct Services with Elliott Davis. Prior to this role, Nathan worked as a Senior Technologies Technician at Decosimo Certified Public Accountants, where responsibilities included managing the Mobile Device Management program and working with various Microsoft technologies. Nathan's culinary career includes positions as Sous Chef at Ruth's Chris Steak House and Executive Chef/Sous Chef at Gordon Biersch, among other managerial roles in the restaurant industry. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with an emphasis on Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1994 and 2001.
