Engineering Team

The Engineering Team at AVNA is responsible for driving the innovation, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for complex medical device components and sub-assemblies. They collaborate with customers in the NextTech R&D & Prototype Centers to refine, produce, and test design concepts, ensuring manufacturability, speed to market, and product performance. The team leverages advanced technologies such as Multi-Axis CNC machining, laser processing, and automated assemblies, while implementing robust quality systems to meet ISO13485 guidelines and provide real-time data analysis and part traceability.
