Corey Milley

Corey Milley is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in global HR operations and technology. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global HR Operations at Avnet, Corey oversees HR technology for over 15,000 employees across 49 countries, with a focus on multiple Workday implementations, the establishment of Avnet’s People Analytics Practice, and the standardization of HRIS support models. Prior to Avnet, Corey worked at Apollo Education Group as Senior Manager of People Analytics & HRIS, driving HR transformation through technology during a significant company renewal. Earlier roles included Manager of Talent & Workforce Practices at Apollo Education Group and Manager of Financial Services at the University of Phoenix. Corey began the career at Olympus Health & Fitness, managing operations across multiple locations. Corey holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
