Hagen Goetze

Hagen Goetze is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Supplier Management and Operations at Avnet since March 2006. In this role, Hagen oversees strategic supplier development and manages operations teams across EMEA, leading a multinational team of over 60 individuals. Previously, Hagen held various senior positions at Avnet, including Senior Director of Marketing and Director of Supplier & Product Management, focusing on supplier strategy, product marketing, and development of core product portfolios. Prior experience includes roles at LEMO Germany as Purchasing Manager and Quam as Purchaser Infrastructure. Hagen holds a Graduate degree in Business Administration from VWA Munich and has completed additional management training programs, including Global Avnet LEAP and Prosci® Change Management Certification.
