Kim Sjølin

Kim Sjølin is the Country Manager at Avnet Silica, a position held since 2000 following various roles within the organization, including Key Account Manager and Inside Sales Manager. They transformed a stagnant company into a thriving business, quadrupling revenue and significantly increasing market share in Denmark. Kim's leadership focuses on a strong engineering team that enhances customer trust and satisfaction while fostering a collaborative environment. Educated in international business and marketing, Kim has also pursued additional management training. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with their family, cooking, and cycling.
