Kim Chi La has extensive experience in the optical field, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Konsulent at Avo Consulting since August 2022, Kim has previously worked as an Optiker at several esteemed companies, including Interoptik AS, GLIMT ØYELEGE PIA BEATHE WADEL-ANDERSEN, Synsam Norge AS, and Optiker Svabø, where responsibilities included both optometry and store management. Kim holds a Master's degree in Organization and Leadership with a specialization in Strategy and Business Development from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), along with a Bachelor's degree in Optometry from the University of South-Eastern Norway. Additional academic pursuits include a course on Technological Change and Societal Development at NTNU.
