Stian Kristoffer Aker is an experienced leader in public administration and crisis management, currently serving as Gruppeleder for Beredskap og Security at Proactima since January 2022, with a focus on strategic advice and analysis. Prior experience includes senior advisory roles in the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, where responsibilities involved crisis support and community safety. Stian has also held positions in civil defense and the Norwegian Armed Forces. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree focusing on crisis management and community safety from Høgskolen i Hedmark.
