Sidrit Kosta

Sidrit Kosta is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Avo Photonics since February 2023, Kosta previously held senior and mechanical engineering roles at Fraser Optics LLC from September 2014 to December 2022, and at Aavid Thermacore from December 2010 to August 2014. Early experience includes positions as Building Manager and Assistant at Drexel University from May 2006 to June 2010, and various co-op roles in mechanical engineering at C.A. Spalding Co. and the Philadelphia Water Department. Kosta earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, completing studies in 2010, and graduated from Northeast High School in 2005.
