Paul Ripley

Paul Ripley is a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in technology and project management. At Avocette Technologies Inc. since February 2017, Paul has collaborated with clients such as BC Stats and the Data Innovation Program, leading initiatives in agile consulting, service management, and technical product co-development. Paul held a pivotal role at BC Stats from April to November 2023, where a front counter Jira Service Management solution was created and various teams were supported with agile methodologies. Prior roles include Product Manager and Software Developer within the Data Innovation Program, as well as senior positions at the Ministry of Technology, Innovation, and Citizens’ Services, and Royal Roads University. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Royal Roads University and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Victoria.
