Alan Barry

Alan Barry has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as VP of FP&A at Avolon since July 2017, having previously held roles as Senior FP&A Analyst, Finance Manager, and Group Accountant at the same company. Prior to Avolon, Alan worked at KPMG as an Audit Senior, specializing in Financial Services, and gained early experience as a Telesales Agent at Zevas Communications. Additional internships include positions as a Junior Accountant at both Crowleys DFK and Bank of Ireland, focusing on accounts, audits, and financial reporting. Alan holds a Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Ireland and advanced qualifications including a Level 9 Specialist Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the University of Limerick, along with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from University College Cork.
