Avril Alcala has a strong background in contract management and customer engagement within the aviation and leasing industry. Their most recent role was as the VP of Customer Engagement at Avolon, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at AMCK Aviation as an AVP of Contract Management and Manager of Contracts Management from 2019 to 2021. Before joining AMCK Aviation, they held the position of Manager of Contracts Management at Accipiter Holdings Designated Activity Company from 2016 to 2019. Avril Alcala completed their education at two institutions. From 2000 to 2001, they attended Crux Computer Training Institute, where they earned a Diploma in Computer Programming. Their field of study included Visual Basic 6.0, SQL, 4GL, and Windows NT. Avril later went on to study at Dublin Business School from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a 1.1 First Class BA Hons degree in Business Management & Marketing.
