Estelle Janer

Estelle Janer has over 20 years of work experience in the aviation industry. Estelle began their career as a Senior Legal Counsel at Airbus, where they were responsible for preparing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements for different types of transactions in the second-hand aircraft market. Estelle also provided legal support for drafting and negotiating sale proposals and purchase agreements, as well as advising on contractual risk analysis.

In 2014, Estelle joined CIT as the VP of OEM and Contracts. In this role, they managed the contractual relationship with CIT's Commercial Aerospace OEMs, negotiating and managing documentation processes from MOUs to purchase contracts.

Currently, Estelle works at Avolon as the SVP Contracts on the OEM team. Estelle previously held the role of VP Commercial - Airframe, where they were responsible for managing Avolon's day-to-day relationships and building partnerships with Airframe OEM suppliers. Estelle also led the purchase and support contracts team, negotiating new purchase agreements and amendments, and related documents for Avolon.

Estelle Janer's education history begins in 1993 when they attended Université Côte d'Azur, where they obtained a DEUG Droit degree in private law. Estelle then pursued advanced studies in law at Oxford Brookes University from 1995 to 1996. In 1998, Estelle attended Université Air Marseille III - IFURTA and completed a DESS - Master 2 degree in Transport Aérien, which concluded in 1999.
