Felipe Campos

Felipe Campos has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in the aviation industry. Felipe is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Avolon, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technical Officer at Avolon from April 2021 to September 2022. From June 2017 to April 2021, Felipe was the Head of Latin America at Avolon. Felipe also held the position of Vice President Marketing at Avolon from April 2016 to May 2017. Before joining Avolon, Felipe worked at GE Aviation as the Sales Director from May 2015 to April 2016. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at LATAM Airlines, where they held various roles, including Leasing and Engine Contracts VP from June 2012 to May 2015 and Fleet Director from April 2007 to June 2012. Felipe also worked as an Engineer - Special Projects at LATAM Airlines from March 2005 to April 2007. Felipe co-founded Oceânica in January 2003 and served as a Co-Founder until March 2005. Felipe's early career involved research work as a Researcher at Numerical Offshore Tank (TPN-USP) from February 2001 to March 2005.

Felipe Campos has a diverse education history starting in 1999 when they attended Escola Politécnica da USP, where they obtained a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in 2003. In 2005, Felipe pursued further education at the same institution and completed a Master's degree in Project Management with a specialization in Petroleum Platforms.

In 2007, Felipe attended Ibmec and received an MBA in Masters in Business Administration in 2008. That same year, they also attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for a short course in Strategic Cost Management.

In 2018, Felipe continued to enhance their skills and knowledge by attending the INSEAD Strategic Leadership Program, which they completed in 2019.
