Úna Lynch has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Úna started their career in 2009 as an Undergraduate Research Engineer at the University of Limerick, where they worked on testing and validation tasks for the development of a composite fuselage for the A350 aircraft. After that, they worked as an EASA 21J Design Engineer Contractor at Lufthansa Technik AG, focusing on transport category aircraft modifications and VVIP cabin design. Úna then worked as a Composites R&D Engineer at Quickstep Technologies, contributing to research and development projects for defense aerospace and land vehicles.

Úna later joined Thomas Global Systems as a Design Engineer, specializing in LCD flight display projects. Úna then transitioned into the role of Engineering Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page Australia, where they focused on technical recruitment in the manufacturing and heavy engineering sectors. Afterward, they worked as an Engineering Services Manager & Compliance Verification Engineer at Eirtech Aviation Ltd., specializing in aircraft finishing services and asset management solutions.

Úna's work experience also includes roles at Stratos.Aero as a Lease Manager - Technical, assisting with aircraft lease contracts and maintenance-related data.
