Daniel Neary

Daniel Neary, CCEP, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Avolta, having taken on this role in January 2024. Previously, Daniel held the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region from May 2023 to January 2024. Daniel was also the Senior Human Resources Manager at HMSHost from October 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing the Speak Up for Ethics Hot Line and ensuring compliance with employment law. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Synagro from January 2015 to October 2021, where oversight of the Compliance Program and associated investigations was a primary focus. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Roanoke College.
