Julyan Adhitama

Julyan Adhitama serves as the Head of APAC at Avomind, leading a team in talent acquisition and project management within a global recruitment firm. Extensive experience includes roles at Robert Walters as a Consultant in Human Resources, LanceSoft, Inc. as an Executive Recruitment Consultant, and other positions focusing on recruitment and credit analysis. Julyan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation from Sanata Dharma University and a Master of Management in Human Resources Management from Universitas Mercu Buana, complemented by early career experiences in various educational and customer service roles.
