Montee Maheshwari

Montee Maheshwari has extensive experience in the sales and marketing field, with a focus on the cycling industry. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Accounts Assistant and Showroom In Charge at Evergreen Enterprises. Montee then gained experience in sales analysis and planning at Ford India Pvt. Ltd for 18 months before joining TI Cycles of India in 2006. At TI Cycles, they served as an Assistant Manager Trade Marketing, Deputy Sales Manager, and eventually became an Area Sales Manager, responsible for sales and operations in North East India. In 2017, Montee joined Hero Cycles Ltd as the Head of Retail Operations, where they focused on retail expansion and enhancing the brand presence. Montee continued their career at Hero Lectro E-Cycles, a division of Hero Cycles Ltd, as the National Sales Head, implementing sales strategies and streamlining demand forecasting processes. Most recently, Montee served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Avon Cycles, and in 2023, they joined ALPHAVECTOR (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED as the National Sales Head, leading the e-bike, accessories, and KTM bikes division. Montee Maheshwari obtained a Bachelor of Corporate Secretaryship degree in Accounts from Madras University, Chepauk in 1999. Montee then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in PGDBA from Magnus Business School of Management from 2006 to 2008.
