Jos Sclater

He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in January 2023. Prior to this role he spent 3 years as Group Chief Financial Officer at Ultra Electronics plc, utilising his skills and experience from his time as Group CFO at Castrol Lubricants. She also spent 7 years at GKN plc in various roles including Group CFO and Director of Corporate Finance & Strategy. He started his career as a qualified solicitor and held in-house legal and M&A roles at ICI plc, AkzoNobel N.V. and GKN plc.
