Natasha Goddard-Wellon

Natasha Goddard-Wellon is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and communications. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Avon Protection since July 2023, Natasha previously held the position of Marketing Manager for Products and Training Services at BAE Systems from August 2022 to July 2023. Natasha's career at Avon Protection Systems spanned from October 2014 to August 2022, where roles included Global Marketing Director - Military, Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive, and Marketing Executive, focusing on social media management, event coordination, brand development, and content generation. Earlier, Natasha gained valuable experience as Sales Team Lead and Sales Assistant at New Look from November 2009 to October 2014. Natasha holds a First Class Honours degree in Advertising from the University of Gloucestershire, completed in 2014, and is affiliated with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
