Catherine Allen

Catherine Allen has a comprehensive work experience spanning over many years. Catherine most recently served as the Director of IT Services at Avon Protection plc starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Support Manager at Unilink from November 2020 to June 2023. Catherine also held various roles at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S, Atos, Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Siemens, and Morse. These roles included responsibilities such as Head of Service Architecture, Solution Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Senior Service Management Consultant.

Catherine Allen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they obtained from 1989 to 1991. Catherine then pursued a Master's degree in Philosophy and Cultural Studies from the University of Leeds from 1991 to 1992. In 2000, they attended ITSMF and obtained an ITIL Managers Certificate with distinction in the field of ITIL.
