Barbara Goździkowska

Barbara Gozdzikowska is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the cosmetics and retail industries. As the Founder and CEO of Absolu Klinika since 2022, Barbara has established a successful enterprise. Previously, as CEO of Natura from 2019 to January 2022, Barbara transformed the drugstore chain into a modern omnichannel retail network, focusing on e-commerce, assortment strategy, and organizational culture. Barbara held key positions at Avon from 1994 to 2019, culminating in roles such as General Manager for Avon Poland and Nordics and VP of Commercial Marketing for Central Europe. Barbara's education includes a Master's degree in Economy from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and current studies in Bioesthetic Cosmetology.
