Farrukh Mirza is a seasoned Supply Chain and Operations professional currently serving as the Head of Operations Europe and Global Manufacturing at Avon. With extensive experience managing supply chains across three continents, they specialize in manufacturing transformation, sustainability, and end-to-end supply chain management. Previously, Farrukh held various leadership roles at Unilever, where they were instrumental in driving operational improvements and strategic transformations to enhance efficiency and sustainability. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from NED University of Engineering and Technology and a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex.
