Ion Chirea has over 14 years of extensive experience in finance leadership roles at Avon, culminating in the position of Global Head of Finance Operations/SC, Director Global FP&A, where strategic finance direction was provided for Global Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Previous roles include Global Head of Commercial Finance, focusing on revenue and margin performance, as well as several key positions in Central Europe, including Head of Finance and Finance Director, emphasizing local strategy implementation and operational management. Chirea also served as Senior Finance Manager for Romania and Moldova, ensuring effective business partnering with management teams. Educational qualifications include a degree in Accounting and Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
