Jakub Zurowski

Jakub Zurowski is an accomplished people leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and distribution. They served as a factory manager at Nestle Polska S.A., where they transformed the factory into a strategic European supplier, significantly increasing capacity and employment. Jakub has held numerous senior leadership roles, including Managing Director at Nestlé Purina PetCare and Head of Plant at Avon, where they focused on operational excellence and people development. They hold a Master’s degree in Production Management from Warsaw University of Technology and have furthered their education at prestigious institutions like London Business School.
