Jan Pambid

Jan Pambid is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of People for the Philippines and APAC at Avon, with additional responsibilities as the Interim General Manager for Malaysia, Jan has held several key positions within the company since October 2006, including Director of People, Culture and Organisation and Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining Avon, Jan worked at Samsung as an HR Business Partner from April 2004 to October 2006. Jan holds a degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines.
