László Murvai-Buzogány

László Murvai-Buzogány is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Technology Strategy and Data Technology and Site Lead at Avon's Budapest IT Delivery Center since December 2015. László manages a global digital delivery center, focusing on creating an optimal work environment for professionals. Throughout a successful career at Avon, László has held several key roles, including Director of Enabling Platforms and Director of Digital Core Capabilities, overseeing global technology capabilities and core digital functions. Previous experience includes serving as Development Manager at LOXON Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed managing development teams and implementing risk management products. László began the career at Wit-Sys Consulting ZRt., taking on roles from Project Manager to Software Engineer, with notable projects in the banking and telecommunications sectors. László holds a BSc in Computer Science from Eötvös Loránd University.
