Elizabeth Farren

Elizabeth Farren is currently the Director of Project Management at Avōq, a company established in 2024 resulting from a merger. Previously, Elizabeth held a similar role at Subject Matter, which merged with Kivvit in 2023 to form Subject Matter+Kivvit, rebranded as Avoq in 2024. Prior to that, Elizabeth worked at various organizations in roles such as Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Consultant, Event Support/Logistics Specialist, and Evening Volunteer Coordinator/ Communications Manager. Elizabeth Farren graduated from Spring Hill College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and holds a 200 Hour Teaching Certification in Vinyasa Flow Yoga from Refresh Yoga Center.
