Mina Merkel is a seasoned Leadership and Change Management Consultant with extensive experience since 2006, specializing in strategic planning, performance measurement, and organizational improvement. Currently, Mina serves as an Executive Coach for Avow Hospice, Inc., provides leadership coaching for the Naples Airport Authority, and presides as President of the Friends of Graded Foundation Board of Directors. Additionally, Mina has held roles as Lead Facilitator for the Antigua Forum and Leadership Development Consultant at Universidad Francisco Marroquín. With a strong educational foundation in Environmental Design and Business from the University of Colorado Boulder, Mina has effectively guided various organizations towards enhanced performance and sustainable growth.
