Reuben Gan

Reuben Gan is a seasoned professional in social investment and programme management, currently serving as Director for Southeast Asia at AVPN since August 2025, focusing on building a collaborative ecosystem for social and environmental impact. Reuben holds the position of Southeast Asia Acumen Fellow and recently completed the Southeast Asia Farmed Animal Welfare Fellowship at Welfare Matters. Prior experience includes Associate Director of Programmes & Impact at Temasek Trust, where Reuben managed a significant portfolio of grants across various sectors in the APAC region. Earlier roles include Principal Consultant at Empact, where Reuben led programme management initiatives, and Regional Marketing Director at PYO Travel, enhancing marketing strategies across multiple markets. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Economics from The London School of Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
